Letter from the President

The year 2008 marked our 26th year of operations as a communications solution vendor to the Small-Medium Business (SMB) space. This year we have focused considerable attention to building solutions that offer unprecedented control over total cost of ownership (TCO) for companies looking forward to advancing worker productivity and efficiency through better internal and external communications.

The ‘next generation’ solutions we have installed are proving to be reliable and therefore predictable in their cost to maintain. The new Standard Support Agreement offers the most affordable and practical solution to partnering with our customers to insure the lowest possible TCO. We strive to maintain our commitment to personal service by taking ownership of customer issues.

 Our success' in 2007 resulted in our being awarded Diamond Dealer status with NEC Unified Solutions enhancing our ablility to be as competitive as possible moving forward.
