UtiliComm Solutions joins Legacy State Bank as it celebrates 10 years of service to the Loganville, Ga., community. The bank opened its doors on March 15, 2005, with $15 million in capital from 400 local investors. Over the course of the past decade, the bank has weathered the ups and downs of the economy and emerged stronger than ever.

Now with $70 million in capital, Legacy State Bank is Loganville’s only locally owned community bank. The bank has six directors and 14 employees, and most customers are residents and business owners from Walton and Gwinnett counties. Local ownership and management allows the bank to develop relationships with its customers and the community.

UtiliComm’s relationship with the bank began at its inception.

“We provided Legacy State Bank’s first phone system, and continue to serve its communications and technology needs,” said UtiliComm’s Mark Tressler. “We are proud to be a part of the bank’s 10-year history, and look forward to our continued strong relationship in the years to come.”
