UtiliComm Solutions has been recognized by ShoreTel for delivering a world-class customer experience based upon its Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88. To calculate the NPS, ShoreTel asked customers one simple question: “Would you recommend UtiliComm to a friend or colleague?” The remainder of the Customer Experience survey is designed to obtain more detailed information about the factors that influenced the customer’s rating, such as the quality of the product, the delivery and implementation experience, service and support, etc. An NPS score of 50 or greater is considered “world class.”

In addition, ShoreTel has rated UtiliComm as “best in class” based upon its Technical Assist Center (TAC) utilization score of 1.58. This score reflects the number of times UtiliComm has relied upon ShoreTel to resolve customer support requests.
